Tiffany Ochoa

Office Manager

Tiffany has been a part of The Arc of Weld County (The AWC) team since 2013. She began her time volunteering with The AWC as a board member, before joining the staff as an Administrative Assistant, followed by a Job Coach, and currently runs our daily operations as the Office Manager. Tiffany’s experience with IDD spans over 15 years, including direct care for clients with both significant medical needs and behavioral supports, and later as a House Manager for group homes within a local Weld County residential provider agency. While advancing in her role with The AWC, Tiffany has partaken in various professional development opportunities for supervisors and project management. She has attended classes such as Managing Multiple Priorities, Projects, and Deadlines, Core Competencies for Supervisors, and Record Keeping for HR. She also completed the Effective Personal and Organizational Leadership Development Program, and most recently Coaching to Build Skills, Improve Performance and Develop Others.

She strives to ensure that The AWC will continue to grow and serve the community to the best of its ability.  She is also a mother of one young daughter, a caring wife and a lifelong resident of Colorado, who hopes for a better future for everyone in our shared community.
