Leticia Arguello

Advocacy Manager

Leticia has been with The Arc of Weld County since 2014. She brings over 15 years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities in various roles including as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), a group home House Manager, and as a Residential Coordinator for group homes and host homes for a local provider agency, where she also was the Crisis Prevention Intervention Instructor. Leticia has also worked as an Adult Case Manager for the local Community Center Board and has training in the Person-Centered Approach and High-Fidelity Wrap Around Services. During her time with The Arc of Weld County she has participated in trainings for Special Education Facilitation, The Arc of US Future Planning and Personal Support Network Facilitation. Leticia has an invaluable understanding for the importance of collaborative efforts and a passion for supporting individuals and families to navigate systems, which she shares with her community everyday.
